Solar Magic Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Godavari Biorefineries Limited, a flagship Company of the Somaiya Group. Solar Magic Private Limited was incorporated on 6th March, 1998. The Company is promoted by Dr. Shantilal K. Somaiya and his son Mr. Samir S. Somaiya. The Company has planned major initiatives to diversify into new spectrum of activities related to solar, wind and hydel energy. We are planning to explore the area of manufacturing various solar related products using the unconventional solar energy.
